to download help.exe without IE

1. "cmd"
2. type "ftp ftp.repairpc.tv"
3. enter username  "help@repairpc.tv"
4. enter password  "help"
5. now type "binary"
6. now type "get help.exe"            this will download the file and say file successuly transfered
7. now exit bye typing "quit" 
8. now run help by typing "help" and enter

thats it the program should start
